Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for a return:Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or sale/clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and final-sale reasons

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us at info@tribrit.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
